If something is missing from your order, check your order confirmation link to see if one of the items in the order are being preparing for shipment. If so, chances are that it is out of stock and you will not receive the out of stock item. The purchase amount will be cancelled and will be noted on the final invoice.
If the above is not the case, you should contact our customer service as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the e-mail, please include your order number and which item is missing.
