To return or exchange a purchase, please follow the below instructions:
- Print out the return form.
- Fill out the form with your order information, which can be found in your order confirmation email or the delivery note.
- Fill out the product information for each item you want to return or exchange. You may use the comment box if you wish to provide additional information, e.g. what item(s) you would like in exchange.
- You may choose a different product of the same value or less in exchange (the balance will be refunded).
- If items being returned were purchased within a bundle or promotional offer, those additional items must also be returned. If the items are not returned, the value of the items will be deducted from the credit.
- Contact email@example.com to request a pre-paid return label. Please note we only provide one pre-paid return label for each order. If you wish to make multiple exchange/return requests for the same order, you will bear the cost of the shipment.
- Once the form is completed, pack your product(s) in sturdy packaging, for instance, the Rains shipping box which the product(s) came in. Include the delivery note and the return form in your parcel. We use them to identify the order.
- Mail the parcel to Rains at 179 Entin Road, Clifton, NJ 07014, United States using the pre-paid return label.
