For many RAINS products, especially waterproof outerwear, bags, and accessories, we recommend gentle surface cleaning rather than machine washing.

Waterproof outerwear and PU-coated products
For products made with our signature PU material, we recommend cleaning the surface with soapy water and a damp cloth.
Do not machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, bleach, or iron the product unless the care label specifically allows it.
Bags and accessories
We do not recommend machine washing RAINS bags or accessories, as this can damage the hardware, construction, and welded seams of the product.
Instead, clean the surface gently with soapy water and a damp cloth.
Apparel and other clothing products
For apparel, jackets, Ready-to-Wear, swimwear, activewear, and other clothing products, please follow the instructions on the care label inside the product.
