If you haven’t heard from us within 14 days after your return, you should contact Rains Customer Service. Before contacting us, be sure you have checked your spam folder. If you have a tracking number, you should also contact your courier before contacting us.
You can use the form at the contact page to get in touch with us. When you send us a message regarding your return, please include:
- The original order number
- Which items are being returned
- Any delivery reference numbers (i.e. from a collection service or courier)
