Transit time to our warehouse
When going through the return portal, the estimated delivery time for each available shipping option will be shown choosing among the available options.
For most European countries, free return labels are available.
Please note that free return options typically have a longer transit time than paid courier options.
Please allow the full transit time shown in the return portal before expecting your return to be processed.
Returns from some destinations may take up to 3 weeks in total to arrive and be processed.
Processing and refund
As soon as your parcel has arrived at our warehouse and has been processed, your refund will be issued automatically.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been completed.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used when placing your order. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional business days before the amount is visible in your account.
