Products purchased through rains.com are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
If your product was bought from a RAINS Store or an authorized RAINS stockist, please contact the corresponding point of sale.
Our warranty is not available for products bought from any other vendor.

If your product was purchased in a RAINS Store, the claim must be handled directly by the store where the product was purchased.
Please bring your proof of purchase and the product to the store for assessment.
If you are unable to return to the store, please contact us and include your proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue.
Products purchased from an authorized RAINS stockist
If your product was purchased from an authorized RAINS stockist, please contact the stockist directly.
The point of sale is responsible for handling the claim and assessing the product.
If you have already contacted the stockist, or if the store is no longer in business, please contact us with your proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue.
A proof of purchase is required in order to handle the claim.
What is not covered?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not normally cover issues caused by normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, incorrect care, stains, or damage caused by external factors.
Each case must be assessed before we can confirm whether the issue is covered by warranty.
