Products purchased in a RAINS Store or from an authorized RAINS stockist
If your product was purchased in a RAINS Store or from an authorized RAINS stockist, the claim must be handled directly through the original point of purchase.
Please bring your proof of purchase and the product to the store for assessment.
If you are unable to return to the store, please contact us and include:
- Your proof of purchase
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage or defect
- A photo showing the full product
