If your product has developed an issue that you believe may be covered by warranty, please submit a product claim through the correct claim process. Please do not send the product back or arrange a repair before your claim has been reviewed.
Once your claim has been assessed, we will determine the most suitable solution based on the product, the issue, and the warranty assessment.
In some cases, a claim may be resolved with a relevant spare part, if this is suitable for the specific issue and product.
