Products bought from a RAINS Store
If your product was purchased in a RAINS Store, the claim must be handled directly by the store where the product was purchased.
Please bring your proof of purchase and the product to the store for assessment.
Products bought from an authorized RAINS stockist
If your product was purchased from an authorized RAINS stockist, please contact the stockist directly.
The stockist is responsible for handling the claim according to their process.
Products bought from other vendors
Our warranty is not available for products bought from unauthorized vendors.
This may include products bought secondhand, from private sellers, marketplaces, or other vendors that are not authorized RAINS stockists.
If the original point of sale cannot help
If you have already contacted the original point of sale, or if the store is no longer in business, you can contact us and include:
- Your proof of purchase
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage or defect
- A photo showing the full product
Please note that a proof of purchase is required in order for us to review the case.
We can only assess the case once we have received the necessary information.
