Can I change my delivery information?
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to help update your delivery details.
If your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse, we are unable to change the delivery information.
Once the carrier has received the parcel, you may be able to contact the carrier directly and ask if they can assist with a delivery change.
We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking information for updates.
Can I cancel my order after it has been dispatched?
If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.
If you no longer wish to keep the order, you can receive the parcel and return it through our online return portal.

In some cases, you may also be able to refuse the parcel upon delivery.
Once the parcel has been returned to us and the tracking shows a return scan, we can process the return and issue a refund.
