If you placed your order on rains.com, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery.
All online returns must be registered through our return portal.
Please make sure you are on the correct country version of rains.com before submitting your return.

You will need your order number and the email address used when placing the order.
Return conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition with all hangtags attached.
- The product must not show signs of wear or damage - trying the item on to check fit doesn't count as wear.
If a returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to decline the return.
How the return process works
- Register your return in the portal.
- Select your return shipping option (if available in your country).
- Download and print your return label.
- Attach the label securely to the outside of your parcel.
- Hand your parcel to the courier.
Once you hand over your parcel, please keep the drop-off receipt as proof of shipment until your return has been processed.
Return options and costs vary by country.
For many European destinations, both free (longer transit time) and paid (faster) options are available.
The available options will be shown directly in the return portal.
If no return label is offered for your country, you must arrange tracked return shipping yourself and send the parcel to:

When arranging your own return shipment, you are responsible for the parcel until it has been received by our warehouse.
Important
Online orders must be returned online and cannot be returned for a refund in physical RAINS stores.
We currently do not offer direct online exchanges.
If you need a different size, color, or style, please return your item and place a new order.
Official RAINS stores may be able to assist with an exchange for a different size or color of the same product, subject to stock availability in the store.
