The total time depends on the return shipping option selected and the country you are returning from.
After your return has been processed, it may take a few additional business days before the refund is visible in your account.
Transit time to our warehouse
When registering your return in our return portal, the estimated delivery time for each available return shipping option will be shown before you confirm your return.
For many European countries, free return labels are available.
Please note that free return options typically have a longer transit time than paid courier options.
Please allow the full transit time shown in the return portal before expecting your return to be processed.
During busy periods, or for returns from certain countries, the full return process may take up to 3-4 weeks.
Processing and refund
Once your parcel has arrived at our warehouse, our returns department will scan and process the return.
This usually takes a few business days after the parcel has been received.
You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been registered, and another email once your refund has been initiated.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used when placing your order. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional business days before the amount is visible in your account.
Important
Please keep your return drop-off receipt and tracking information until your return has been received and processed.
If you paid for a return label through our return portal, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refunded amount.
