Return options and costs depend on the country your order was delivered to.
When registering your return in our return portal, all available return shipping options will be shown before you confirm your return. The estimated delivery time and return shipping cost, if applicable, are displayed for each option.

Free and paid return options
For many European destinations, a free return option is available.
Please note that free return options typically have a longer transit time than paid courier services.
Paid return options are faster and the cost will be shown in the return portal before you confirm your selection.
If you choose a paid return option, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refunded amount.
Countries without return labels
For some countries, we do not offer return labels through the portal (e.g. Norway, Switzerland, and the UAE).
If no return label is available for your country, you must arrange tracked return shipping yourself and send the parcel to:

When arranging your own return shipment, you are responsible for the parcel until it has been received by our warehouse. We recommend keeping your drop-off receipt and tracking information until your return has been processed.
