In-store exchanges for online orders
Official RAINS stores may be able to assist with an exchange, but only for a different size or color of the same product originally purchased.
In-store exchanges are subject to stock availability in the specific store.
We recommend checking with the store before visiting.

Please note that RAINS stores cannot exchange your item for a different model, product type, or completely different item.
Online orders and in-store returns
Online orders cannot be returned for a refund in RAINS stores.
If you would like a refund for an online order, the item must be returned through our online return portal.
In-store purchases can only be returned in the same RAINS store where the item was purchased.
